Customer Success Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for championing excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and driving revenue & retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product features and work closely with customers to maximize its potential.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact for any questions or concerns.
  • Act as the key point of technical and support escalation.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, collaborating with the Sales team to close new business.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement metrics, developing strategies to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Drive adoption and usage of our product by providing guidance, training, and best practices to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and enhance the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Represent customer voices internally, providing feedback and insights to drive product and service improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account servicing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional execution and product demonstration skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics and data analysis.
  • Experience with CRM and customer engagement software (e.g. HubSpot, Intercom).
  • Prior experience working with timesheet, payroll, or accounting software is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating a strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the industry is an asset.
