About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator for Medical Services reports to the Administration Manager and is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and reception services. The role involves answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with patient enquiries, and conveying patient transfer information to the Central Patient and Bed Manager in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to medical staff regarding hospital services and requirements;
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail; and,
  • Maintaining stationary and other equipment supplies.
About You

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, and work as part of a team. Previous experience working in a clinical environment and as a Ward Administrative Assistant/Admin Assistant is highly desirable.
