Digital Marketing Strategist

This leading residential and mixed-use property developer is embarking on an exciting journey of growth and expansion. As a key player in shaping the Australian landscape, they are now seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive their digital strategy forward.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that captivate and engage their audience. With a focus on performance marketing, content, social media, and analytics, you will work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to elevate the brand and project portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in brand storytelling and campaign performance. You will have a proven track record of managing external agencies and creative partners to deliver high-impact results. Your expertise in property-related marketing would be beneficial but not essential.

As a strategic thinker with hands-on capabilities, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be comfortable working across multiple channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Ads, and EDMs. With a data-driven approach and a passion for design-aware marketing, you will continually seek innovative ways to make a bigger impact.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversion
  • Lead and evolve the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO/SEM, content, social, website, and email
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure efficient delivery of KPIs
  • Collaborate with sales, creative teams, and marketing to drive visibility and qualified leads for styling projects and marketing campaigns
  • Analyse and report on performance to refine and optimise digital strategies
