**About the role**:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Head of Brand and Marketing and wider marketing team with the day-to-day management and execution of digital marketing campaigns, optimising our user experience online, and creating content.
- Working with the Head of Brand & Marketing and the Marketing & Digital Executive alongside the wider marketing team to develop and implement campaigns and create content
- Design, execute & optimise marketing campaigns growing engagement, click-through rates and conversion
- Scheduling social media including coordinating agent's socials accounts
- Coordination of SEO using external company
- Conduct industry research to identify trends, monitor competitors and provide insights
- Website management - develop and maintain website blog, updates of website pages, creation of new pages including campaign landing pages
- Link management - management of all links and QR codes including coordination of ad retargeting, etc
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns goals (including banners, text ads, pop-ups and other forms of interactive content) in collaboration with marketing team to achieve specific goals, e.g. increased website traffic, social media growth or increased enquiries on properties
- Creation and management of Meta Ads and ideally, Google Ads
- Editing property reel videos using footage shot by our inhouse videographer

**To be **successful**:

- Proficiency in essential digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, G Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Ability to prioritise and focus on detail
- Digital Marketing, eDM Management, Copywriting, Social Media management (including LinkedIn and TikTok) skills
- Ability to edit video reels would be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written required
- Team Player with ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high-level attention to detail
- Great time management skills
