Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our property marketing efforts in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, improve ROI, and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives across diverse property portfolios, including industrial, commercial, retail, and data centre properties.
  • Analyse campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain high-quality brand experiences through digital channels, including SEM/SEO, social media, videos, case studies, and presentation tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Photoshop, HTML email platforms, website CMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in campaign execution, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and B2B marketing environments.
