Property Marketing Manager At Goodman
You will be responsible for marketing a diverse range of high-profile properties, including industrial, commercial, retail, and data centre properties across Australia. The primary objective is to maintain high occupancy rates while professionally representing Goodman. This role requires a strong proficiency in digital marketing, including updating websites, social media platforms, and other performance marketing tools to effectively promote the property portfolio. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Solid analytical skills and the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts are also essential for this position.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Day To Day

• Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives for nominated portfolios including campaign management, digital marketing, collateral, advertising, signage, customer proposals and event co-ordination
• Track and communicate results of campaigns and leads to the property teams and General Manager, Marketing and Communications. Continuously review the campaigns and initiatives to better understand effectiveness, lead generation, ROI and present ideas for continuous improvement.
• In line with our "digital first" approach, develop property marketing initiatives to align with the Australian business and global marketing objectives. This may include SEM and SEO, digital advertising, videos, case studies, SmartSpace and presentation tools.
• Deliver a high quality and consistent brand and customer experience across your nominated property portfolio.
• In conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager Australia, maintain and develop websites as needed to make sure property, customer and agent communications are engaging and relevant.
• Develop productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and conduct regular marketing meetings with property teams - providing an update on marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate and write clear briefs for inhouse design team.
• Manage and build proactive relationships with appointed real estate agents. Attend marketing meetings as needed with agents and property teams.
• Build relationships with external suppliers including digital, social, and design agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing related discipline
• Proficient in Photoshop
• Proficient in HTML email platform such as Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp or similar
• Proficient in website CMS such as Sitecore or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• 5-7 years marketing experience
• Experience in campaign execution
• Marketing strategy experience
• Digital marketing experience
• Experience in a B2B marketing environment
