Job Title Overview

The role of Property Marketing Specialist is a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing a diverse range of high-profile properties across Australia, including industrial, commercial, retail, and data centre properties.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote nominated property portfolios.
  • Track and communicate the results of campaigns and leads to stakeholders.
  • Align marketing initiatives with Australian business objectives through a "digital first" approach.
  • Deliver a consistent brand and customer experience across nominated property portfolios.
  • Maintain websites as needed to ensure engaging and relevant property, customer, and agent communications.
  • Establish productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and conduct regular marketing meetings.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and website CMS systems.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
