Job Title:

Payroll Administrator

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing pay files, facilitating the processing of pay-related processes, and developing payroll skills such as master data entry, timesheet coding, and leave application processing.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current National Police Clearance check is mandatory.
  • Experience with payroll desirable.
  • Experience with Chris21 preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Honed ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proven reliability.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in customer service (call centre).
  • Experience in data entry (minimum 40wpm).
