Strategic Asset Planner Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and coordinating maintenance schedules and materials planning to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of assets.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in asset planning and scheduling to drive continuous improvement in the reliability and availability of our Port and Terminal assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver short to medium-term maintenance and demand plans that align with business objectives
  • Ensure maintenance schedules are completed with high compliance rates
  • Manage the purchasing, storage, and replenishment of materials and inventory to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and repair providers to maintain one aligned maintenance plan
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase asset availability and reduce downtime
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in heavy industry maintenance, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Maintenance Systems, Excel, and SAP, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
