
Talent Acquisition and Culture Strategist

At our luxury hospitality establishment, we strive to create a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and excellence. As a key member of our Talent & Culture Department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Support hotel ambassadors and leadership team on Talent & Culture related matters, policies, and procedures.
- Drive the Talent & Culture strategic plan while ensuring optimal value to hotel departments.
- Generate purchase orders, coordinate employee relations initiatives, and oversee recruitment.
- Form relationships with local colleges and training institutions for industry training partnerships.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyse feedback, and address concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Reward and Recognition programs, including benefits packages.
- Develop talent development incentives with the Department Head team.
- Assist with grievance claims, maintain individual ambassador files, and prepare Talent & Culture reports.
- Oversee administrative functions, including payroll preparation and software management.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Two plus years experience within a Talent and Culture role.
- Previous experience within Hotels is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
