Talent Acquisition Manager Role

As a Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing a people-centric talent experience (PX), attracting top talent to meet our business needs, and enhancing our employer brand.

This role will see you supporting Integrated Energy, Corporate, and Technology leaders, helping shape talent for the future and contributing to our strategic goals.

You'll work closely with our leadership team to build a strong talent acquisition brand, drive process/system optimization, and leverage data insights to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong business partnerships with Executive General Managers
  • Leading the development of analytics-driven reports to inform recruitment strategies
  • Promoting our employer brand through various channels
  • Driving process/system optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing thought leadership on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
