**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our residential care home team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting older individuals to live a good life, characterized by optimum independence and decision-making about their care needs.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Support residents to maintain and/or improve physical, cognitive, emotional, and social health and wellbeing;
  • Follow and contribute to the resident's care plan;
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and domestic tasks;
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to support the wellbeing of residents;

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent;
  • A passion for supporting choice and independence;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High level customer service experience;
