Pool Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organised professional to manage the delivery of pool operations, supervision and customer service at Council managed facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders.

As Pool Operations Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with the Operations Team regarding facility maintenance, operations, equipment and water quality requirements. You will also assist in supervising and implementing training and induction of staff working at aquatic facilities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate IV in Sports, Aquatics & Recreation
  • A minimum four (4) years' experience in the aquatic industry (indicative)

You will possess well-developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with customers. Demonstrated experience in aquatic facility customer service, administration and supervision is essential. Knowledge and experience in the safe operation, cleaning and maintenance of aquatic facilities is also necessary.

This is a fixed term, full time position working 38 hours per week for a period of two (2) years.
