Job Title: Aquatic Centre Supervisor

A Key Leadership Role

As an Aquatic Centre Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aquatic centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage pool operations, including aquatics safety, plant operations, and asset maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS standards and emergency protocols.
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve smooth opening and closing of the facility as rostered.

Key responsibilities include overseeing various aspects of the aquatic centre's operations, such as aquatics safety, pool plant operations, asset maintenance, customer service, and compliance with WHS standards.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lifeguard leadership role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of aquatic centre operations and compliance is required.
  • Confidence in managing staff, customers, and incidents in a dynamic environment is vital.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including early mornings, evenings, and weekends is necessary.
  • Current qualifications: Pool Lifeguard Certificate, Pool Operations Certificate, First Aid & CPR, NSW Working with Children Check, National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
