The Wingecarribee Shire Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the safe, efficient, and community-centred operation of our aquatic facilities. As an Aquatic Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the delivery of high-quality, safe, and community-focused aquatic services.">
  • Manage contracts and service providers to ensure operational standards are consistently met across the Shire.">
  • Work closely with seasonal and permanent staff, contractors, and key stakeholders to maintain compliance with safety regulations and drive service improvements.">

Requirements:

">
  • Diploma qualification in Business Management, Sports and Recreation or relevant discipline.">
  • Solid experience in aquatic centre operations and aquatic plant operations and maintenance.">
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.">
  • Demonstrated team management and development skills, including experience in the supervision and co-ordination of aquatic facilities.">
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently and to deadlines.">
