
Aquatic Supervisor Opportunity

Aquatic Supervisors are responsible for overseeing pool operations and ensuring a safe environment for patrons.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to remain calm in emergency situations, and possess knowledge of first aid procedures.
This role requires:
- Leadership and supervision experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

To be successful in this role you will need:
- A Pool Lifeguard Licence
- A Pool Technical Operations Certificate (desirable)
- General Knowledge of the leisure/recreation industry
- An NSW Working with Children Check
- A Current Provide First Aid Certificate and CPR
Aquatic Supervisors will be responsible for:
- Providing high level pool supervision
- Administering first aid when required
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of facilities
- Assisting with scheduled activities
