Pool Lifeguard Opportunity

The Cumberland City Council Aquatic Centres are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Pool Lifeguard to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall well-being of our facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in delivering high-quality services that exceed industry standards. As a Pool Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and hirers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and evaluate aquatic facilities to maintain safety, quality, and professional operation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons and hirers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the Aquatic Operations Supervisor to achieve the organization's vision and goals.
Requirements:
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Licence.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Salary information: $30.38 to $37.22 per hour (plus casual loading), plus 12% superannuation.
