About the Job:- Welcome clients and ensure their experience meets optimal standards.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients with efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists) in a team environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage clinic phone line and shared email inbox effectively.
- Billing clients correctly and taking payments is a key responsibility.
- Leverage various software and applications to streamline tasks.
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service roles or administration is preferred.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional client experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills are required.
