Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients, helping them manage their hearing health in a diverse client-facing role.

This permanent part-time position (3 days / 22.8 hours per week) offers full training and ongoing support, with working hours scheduled between Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

We're looking for someone with the flexibility to increase hours as needed, such as for leave coverage.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and manage clients' experiences for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
  • Efficiently manage day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and taking payments
  • Learn and use various software and applications
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
  • A passion for delivering an excellent client experience
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
  • Focused on achieving results and the best possible outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
