Responsibilities- Greet clients and attend to all counter and telephone enquiries
- Cover reception and undertake general administration duties including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports
- Liaise with clients of all backgrounds, including children and adults, some with complex needs, and clients from multicultural, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
- Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
- Assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids
- Experience as a proactive problem solver with a sense of ownership
- Intermediate/advanced computer literacy and some exposure to iPad/phone applications
- A desire to work in an organisation that contributes to the greater good and makes a difference to clients and their families
- Attractive salary package with a generous 15.4% superannuation
- Flexible work arrangement opportunities to support work, personal and family needs
- Location: Bundaberg Hearing Centre (part-time, 4 days per week; must include Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8.30am to 5.10pm)
- Contract: 6 months with potential to extend
- Willing to undergo a Police Check (paid by Hearing Australia)
- Current driver's licence and rights to work in Australia
