**Hearing Health Specialist**

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service/admin professional to join our team at our hearing clinic in Bundaberg, QLD.

You will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

This is a permanent part-time position (3 days / 22.8 hours per week), with working hours scheduled between Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. We are looking for someone with the flexibility to increase hours as needed, such as for leave coverage.

As a Hearing Health Specialist, you will welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes, schedule and confirm appointments, provide administrative support to clinicians, efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, and handle the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.

To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration, a passion for delivering an amazing client experience, great communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation, lots of energy, excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team, focus on results, and intermediate computer skills.
