Customer Service Associate Opportunity
Join a dynamic team at our hearing clinic in Bundaberg, QLD.
As a valued member of our business, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health.
You will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to clinicians and efficiently managing day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
