About Us

We're seeking a talented Digital Content Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging content and overseeing creators to drive meaningful engagement across our portfolio of iconic venues.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work on creating memorable guest experiences and elevating the way our venues show up online. As a Digital Content Manager, you will:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement channel plans across platforms for Laundy Hotels and key venues.
  • Content Planning: Build and manage always-on content calendars, content pillars, and campaign moments.
  • Creative Execution: Write compelling copy that upholds brand voice and community guidelines; capture and edit content using video editing tools when needed.
  • Team & Partner Management: Brief, coordinate, and QA internal creators, venue teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets.
  • Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and venue teams to align social with campaigns, priorities, and guest experiences.
  • Performance & Insights: Track, analyse, and report on performance; translate insights into clear recommendations, optimisations, and tests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years' experience in social media and content management, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or retail.
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Adobe Suite).
  • A proven ability to build and manage social calendars and content pillars.
  • Experience briefing and managing content creators, photographers, and videographers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for tone and detail.
  • Confidence in interpreting analytics and using insights to optimise performance.
