The role of Social Media and Content Creator is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires someone who lives and breathes social media storytelling and content creation.

As a key member of our creative team, you will play a central role in shaping how we show up online across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-impact, trend-driven content to engage our global community.
  • Produce engaging, authentic content that reflects our brand voice and DNA.
  • Trend spot and stay ahead of emerging social trends, sounds, and cultural moments to create share-worthy content.
  • Cover campaigns and events, plan and capture content for brand trips, campaign shoots, launches, sales activations, and events.
  • Provide creative direction and lead the ideation of day-to-day social content, pitching and executing fresh, playful ideas that elevate our digital storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, Design, Marketing, and Creative, to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.
  • Align strategy with the Social Media Manager to sync content with collection launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal moments.
  • Track, analyse, and report on content performance using insights to refine and evolve our strategy.
Requirements
  • You are passionate about social media and obsessed with trends, challenges, and new platform features.
  • Ability to engage and entertain a digital audience.
  • Proven experience creating content that drives engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms.
  • Strong creative vision with the ability to pitch fresh, brand-aligned ideas.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where speed and quality both matter.
  • Skilled in filming, editing, and basic post-production using apps like CapCut, InShot, or similar.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate brand trips, shoots, events, and reactive content moments outside of standard hours.
