Since 2013 Modibodi has disrupted social feeds with talkable original content set to challenge the norms around periods and normal yet taboo body experiences. We have an exciting opportunity for a 'Social Community Lead' to join our team and drive our next era.

About The Role:

This is not your typical social media role. At Modibodi social is a space for bold storytelling experimentation and community connection. Reporting to the Marketing Director you'll be the in-house expert and guardian of our social media strategy working closely with our agency partners and internal teams to bring our brand to life across platforms.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced creative environment where no two days are the same - and where your ideas can spark real change.

As Social Media Community Lead you'll be a believer that social is anything but broadcast. You'll be inherently community-centered deeply interested in culture and curious enough to get out of your own algorithm.

You'll engage a global community of people who would keep talking even if we stepped out of the room. For us that's where the magic happens.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and evolve our social media strategy setting a bold vision for growth innovation and community connection.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends (social commerce AI platform innovation) to keep us at the forefront of social strategy.
  • Identify and present opportunities to improve content processes and partnerships.
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars that reflect our brand voice and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with creators influencers and agencies to deliver engaging social-first storytelling.
  • Foster authentic community engagement across platforms working closely with the CX team.
  • Manage influencer relationships gifting and brand collaborations aligned to our values and reach goals.
  • Execute creative campaigns and competitions that deepen impact and audience connection.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports and strategic insights to inform and refine our approach.
Who You Are:

You're a creative and strategic thinker who understands the power of social media to build community spark conversation and drive brand growth. You thrive in fast-paced environments love experimenting with new ideas and are passionate about storytelling that makes an impact.

Bring 5+ years of experience in social media whether in an agency studio or in-house environment.

Have a standout portfolio that demonstrates your ability to grow channels and create compelling high-performing content.

Are skilled in mobile-first content creation with a strong grasp of platform trends and tools.

Confidently plan direct shoot and edit social-first video and imagery.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a natural flair for storytelling.

Stay deeply connected to social trends popular culture and all major platforms including Instagram TikTok Facebook YouTube Snapchat and LinkedIn.

Are curious community-focused and always exploring beyond your own algorithm.

Hold qualifications in communications media or a related field.

Additional strengths such as on-camera presenting social copywriting and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma will be highly regarded.
