Digital Content Specialist

The role is to create compelling short-form video content that drives performance metrics and grows paid channels. This requires a strong understanding of current social media trends, an eye for visually engaging content, and the ability to translate creative concepts into high-performing video assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute briefs from internal teams

• Propose new ideas for performance ads, content series, and campaigns

• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy as needed

• Stay across industry trends and movements to evolve the content strategy and identify new creative opportunities

• Take responsibility for quick content in response to emerging trends or performance drops

• Work across reactive projects and longer-term brand storytelling content

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in video production and editing

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• A genuine passion for digital storytelling and social media platforms

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure
