The Role

As a Senior Creator, you are a strategic thinker, storyteller, and doer. This role requires a passion for pop culture and a keen understanding of social media trends.

You're hands-on, able to own the creative process from ideation to execution. You bring your ideas to life across various digital platforms, understanding best practices and nuances.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with film, TV, and entertainment trends – staying current with industry developments
  • Comfortable operating between client sites and VaynerMedia, ensuring smooth collaboration
  • Expertise in designing digital content across formats and platforms
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Maintain a visual aesthetic as pertaining to colors, textures, treatments, fonts, branding
  • A strong aesthetic sense with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion independently and with partners
  • Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills
  • Ability to follow direction, and give and take constructive criticism
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
