Main Responsibilities- Develop social media strategies across platforms to engage guests and enhance brand awareness.
- Create content calendars, pillars, and campaign moments that resonate with our audience.
- Craft compelling copy and edit content using video editing tools like Premiere Pro or Canva.
- Collaborate with internal/external creators to deliver high-quality assets and maintain brand consistency.
- Align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and guest experiences for optimal results.
- Analyse performance data and provide insights for improvement.
- Support content creation at events and activations when required.
You're a creative problem-solver with a passion for storytelling. You're audience-focused, data-driven, and results-oriented.
Requirements- 3+ years' experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle.
- Strong video editing and design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar tools.
- Able to build and manage social media calendars and content pillars.
- Experience briefing and managing content creators, photographers, and videographers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret analytics and optimise performance.
- Collaborative mindset with flexibility to work across diverse teams.
