
Wound Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wound Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients with complex wounds, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with complex wounds, identifying underlying causes and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health staff, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide ongoing education and training to patients and their families on wound management and self-care techniques.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional.
- Post-registration qualifications in Wound Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a focus on wound care.
