Job Description:

Deliver high-quality care services to individuals in their homes, enabling them to live independently with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building relationships and preventing loneliness through companionship
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as hygiene and dressing
  • Collecting prescriptions and providing reminders for medication management
  • Preparing nutritious meals for mealtimes
  • Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment through housekeeping
  • Assisting with mobility and transportation needs

Work closely with the care management team to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. This role requires flexibility to ensure 24-hour care delivery to those who need it most.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Effective communication skills
  • A genuine interest in working with vulnerable adults
  • A satisfactory DBS check
  • Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
  • The ability to work autonomously and take initiative when needed
