About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ray White and Loan Market team as a Network Support Coordinator. As a key member of our state distribution team, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of our business strategy and providing administrative assistance to our state directors and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage state-based broker and corporate events, including venue sourcing, budget management, and event registration management.
  • Provide administrative support to state directors and sales teams, including being the first point of contact for any enquiries.
  • Prepare meetings for state directors, including agendas, attendance management, and distribution of information to relevant parties.
  • Perform administrative tasks for the states, including organizing venues for meetings, travel arrangements, and diary management.
  • Be familiar with and understand the company's policies and procedures, and provide support to brokers and staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in administration and/or events coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume team environment.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
