  • Contractor Sourcing and Induction: Source and induct new contractors and trade suppliers, ensuring compliance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Arrears Management: Manage 30-day arrears, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of any issues.
  • Software Maintenance: Maintain our key register software program, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Portfolio Building Manuals: Routinely update portfolio building manuals, ensuring compliance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • End of Month Reports: Assist and coordinate End of Month Reports for Asset Managers, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Requirements
  • Strong Administration Background: A strong administration background or experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Collaborative Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with the property team and other stakeholders.
  • Property Experience: Property experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
