About the Role



We are seeking a Product Marketing Director to lead the strategic direction and execution of our frozen food portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with sales and profit objectives.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement portfolio and marketing strategies to drive profitable growth and market leadership.
  • Oversee the full marketing mix, from product innovation to pricing and promotional campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives, driving business results through data-driven insights.
  • Lead the creative development of advertising, packaging, and promotional materials, leveraging consumer trends and market research.
  • Monitor brand health and performance metrics, using actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • A solid background in FMCG experience, with expertise in brand and portfolio management.
  • Strong knowledge of NPD, particularly within frozen food categories.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from ideation to execution.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, capable of fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Commercially savvy, with a focus on growth and strategic differentiation.
