Role Overview:

The Marketing Director will lead all marketing efforts, developing and executing innovative strategies that engage a high-end audience and reinforce Vendito's brand as a luxury leader in the A&D sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate Vendito's brand presence and engagement across diverse platforms and channels.
  • Digital Campaigns: Lead social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid campaigns to enhance Vendito's online presence and connect with their audience.
  • Content Creation: Partner with the design team to create visually compelling content that tells Vendito's story in line with their brand values.
  • Event Planning: Plan and manage exclusive events and product launches that resonate with Vendito's clientele and showcase their latest offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Stay attuned to market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and ensure Vendito remains a standout in the industry.
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and oversee the marketing budget to maximise impact and drive results.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement impactful marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and generate measurable outcomes.
  • Insight Generation: Create case studies and conduct surveys to gather insights that drive future marketing initiatives and refine the approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least five years of marketing experience, ideally within the luxury goods and A&D sectors.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise with a flair for content creation.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A creative thinker with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Proficient in key marketing tools and software.
