Responsibilities

The Product Director will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to create new gaming experiences, maximizing titles' acquisition, engagement, monetization, and fun.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and delivering high-quality products on time.
  • Planning product release plans, setting expectations for delivery, and overseeing development stages to ensure final products meet defined requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories, driving qualitative input strategies, and establishing regular check-ins with the game team to inform feature design and product strategy.
  • Analyzing post-release data, communicating takeaways to teams and executives, and collaborating with junior team members to document and share learnings.
  • Collaborating with marketing, creative, and franchise teams to promote titles both in-game and externally to optimize response/ROI.
  • Working with the Director of Product in business planning and KPI setting for the team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management within the games industry, with Mobile expertise.
  • Experience using Excel or BI tools to build dashboards and produce insights.
  • A strong understanding of Agile process and principles, with experience using product management tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.
  • A strong understanding of the gaming industry and market trends.
