Membership Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Manager to join our team at Fitness First Canberra City. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Member Support Consultants to achieve sales targets and member retention budgets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Club Manager to develop and implement sales training programs
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and member retention metrics to inform business decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
- Proven sales and customer service experience with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
