Key Responsibilities
  • Manage measures, cost planning, cost estimation, and cost management for various projects
  • Lead projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project success
  • Manage projects and client needs
  • Contribute to daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless office functioning
  • Manage compliance duties, staying updated on panel information and quality assurance requirements
  • Infuse energy and culture into the office
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach, enhancing processes for continuous growth
Requirements
  • 10 years' experience working as a Professional Quantity Surveyor
  • Proven experience in providing a full range of project services for major projects
  • Proficiency in using Cost X and Excel
  • Proven experience of managing budgets for future works and managing costs throughout a project
  • Corporate membership of AIQS or RICS
  • Strong communication skills, client-facing and interpersonal skills
