- Manage a small team of professionals to support the delivery of leadership development programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and initiatives.
- Proven expertise in leading and managing the research, design, development, implementation, and promotion of leadership development programs.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to assess, evaluate, and select leadership/learning and development programs and initiatives that meet organizational needs and requirements.
- Extensive experience in program management, preferably for leadership development programs or initiatives, including fulfilling governance and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and evaluating contemporary learning initiatives in an organizational setting, combined with a learning mindset and a professional interest in contemporary leadership development.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including demonstrated liaison, negotiation, and representation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive contract management experience, ensuring contractual obligations are met through deliverables, budget, and timelines while partnering with external providers.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role with the ability to manage a small geographically dispersed team.
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline, and/or membership of a relevant professional association.
- AEC employees must be Australian citizens.
