We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to lead financial operations across our manufacturing facilities.
About the Opportunity:
We require a talented individual who can deliver accurate accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and costing services while ensuring compliance with corporate and local reporting requirements. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insights, drive performance improvement, and lead a team of site-based analysts.

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop Finance Analysts across our sites;
Act as the Finance Lead for site leadership teams;
Provide commercial support to Regional Operations and Site Managers;
Escalate and resolve finance-related issues at the site level;
Deliver accurate cost reporting, variance analysis, and product costing;
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes;
Support capital project evaluations and post-implementation reviews.
About You:
You bring a strong foundation in financial management, underpinned by advanced Excel capabilities and deep expertise in financial systems. Your analytical mindset and commercial acumen enable you to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights that drive business performance.

Requirements:
A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
CA/CPA qualified;
5+ years' experience in a Commercial role within manufacturing, FMCG, dairy, or related industries;
Strong stakeholder management and leadership in matrix environments.
