Senior Financial Operations Manager

The finance department is seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee its operations.
This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of financial principles, and proven experience in managing financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day activities of the finance team.
- Mentoring and guiding team members to meet deadlines and performance targets.
- Undertaking regular supervision to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CPA or CA accreditation.
- Generalist experience in a finance role encompassing budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation.
