Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This role will oversee the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including external audits
- Oversee general ledger functions and maintain robust internal controls
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support business initiatives
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred)
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, BPC, AARO, and Power BI
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
