Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of the hotel.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and providing leadership to the finance team.

Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate financial reports, assisting in budget preparation, implementing cost-effective measures, and ensuring internal controls are in place.

You will work closely with all department heads, providing financial insights, monitoring revenue and expenditure, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

In addition, you will assume full responsibility for the finance function in the absence of the Financial Controller.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative finance professional with strong analytical and leadership skills to contribute to the operational success and financial integrity of the hotel.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in finance, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in Sun Systems or similar software
