What We're Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: You should have demonstrated success in sales within a research institute, CRO, or clinical trial solutions company.
- Industry Knowledge: Ideally, you have a solid understanding of clinical trials.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work effectively with service providers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Experience and connections within pharmaceutical companies, Clinical Research Organisations, and universities are highly advantageous.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally to the USA and Europe.
Role Overview: In this role, you will manage existing accounts and introduce new business opportunities. You will liaise with vendors, third-party suppliers, and partners to ensure the highest level of service delivery. We provide comprehensive storage and distribution solutions, secondary packaging, and labelling for a wide range of products, including blood, biologicals, and controlled substances. As we plan to expand into primary packaging and establish a new facility in the USA, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth.
Compensation and Benefits: You will enjoy a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, car allowance, bonus scheme, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's success.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, strong industry knowledge, excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
