Job Title: Occupational Therapist

As an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for providing OT supports focused on daily living skills and independence. This may include conducting workplace and home assessments to recommend modifications and interventions, developing and implementing therapy plans to support clients in achieving their goals, and preparing detailed reports and documentation in line with NDIS, WorkCover, and Medicare requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized support to clients to enable them to perform daily tasks and activities.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of client's needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  3. Work collaboratively with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  4. Travel to client homes and workplaces to conduct assessments and provide therapy as needed.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with NDIS participants, WorkCover, and/or Medicare clients (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to client locations.
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
