HVAC Installation and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HVAC installation and repair specialist.

As a residential HVAC installation lead technician, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued customers.

  • Conduct warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  • Perform thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems.
  • Replace defective components and parts under warranty, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Advanced trouble-shooting abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • The capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
