Key Role

We are seeking an accomplished Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our South Burnett Regional venue.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences across the venue.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to boost sales and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, stakeholders, and community groups.
  • Liaise with external partners to create and execute engaging promotions and events.
  • Monitor and manage venue financials, including budget management and performance reporting.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Venue Management, preferably in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and develop leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to learn new systems and technology quickly.
