Disability Support Role

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting individuals with daily tasks such as housekeeping, personal care, and meal planning.
  • Supporting individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy management and bowel care.
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to promote independence and inclusion.


Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and sleepovers.
  • Good computer skills and experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
