Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and respectful professional to deliver personalized care and support services to clients in their homes or residential settings.

About the Role:

  • Provide care and support services to promote independence, dignity and well-being.
  • Assist with personal care, household tasks, transportation and social support as required.

About You:

  • Hold a current driver's licence and have access to your own transport.
  • Be flexible, conscientious and empathetic, with the ability to work autonomously in the community.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
