Concrete Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Operations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our concrete batching plant, ensuring that all production processes are running efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete production, with experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the concrete batching plant
  • Ensuring that all production processes are running efficiently and effectively
  • Implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Leading and managing a team of operators to achieve excellent customer service and product quality
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
