Strategic HR Partner

This forward-thinking organisation is seeking a results-driven HR Business Partner to join their People and Culture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving capability, continuous improvement and people management across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to provide advisory support and strategic guidance to senior management;
  • Supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives including HR projects, employee wellbeing, organisational redesign, health & safety, training and development;
  • Managing employee relations matters and investigations surrounding absenteeism, underperformance, mental health and fraud while mitigating risk and ensuring procedural fairness;
  • Leading cyclical activities including remuneration reviews, engagement surveys, development plans and recruitment processes.

This role is a true business partnering opportunity with a broad scope, allowing the successful candidate to work closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field, with previous experience in HR Business Partnering;
  • The ability to handle complex HR matters independently;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships and partner with senior stakeholders;
  • The capacity to work autonomously and as part of a broader HR team;
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
